At Myton School, we are seeking dynamic and motivated Teacher to join our Science Team who is passionate about education and innovation in science teaching. We are looking to welcome a motivated teacher with a keen interest in encouraging and inspiring students to love learning and excel in Science. We are a fast developing and innovative area of the school and have made Science an extremely popular and successful subject at Myton through to Key Stage 5.

At Myton, we are proud of the supportive and rewarding environment we have created. We have high standards and a good reputation, built upon the hard work and dedication of our staff. We recruit people who are passionate about education and young people, and who have the knowledge, drive and personal qualities to inspire our students.

As well as being academic, we are also highly inclusive and want all students to develop a love for science and to think like a scientist. As a happy and purposeful community, we offer students an exciting curriculum and a huge range of extra-curricular opportunities within a safe, secure and supportive environment. With enduring values of care and mutual respect we support hard-working staff as well as students and families.

In short, we are a popular, high performing school with academy status, situated between Warwick and Leamington Spa with a strong community spirit. You will have access to a range of personal and professional development opportunities plus Westfield Health benefits and Staff Wellbeing initiatives to support you along the way.

We encourage applications from ECTs looking to secure a role after training and we can provide outstanding induction and support from our strong team of mentors and our well established training programmes.
