Assistant Headteacher Inclusion

L11-15

We are seeking an Assistant Headteacher to further develop, lead and support vulnerable students to access the curriculum and engage with learning. The specifics of the role will be tailored to the strengths of the successful candidate. This may include leading on mental health, alternative provision and the curriculum for some of our co-vulnerable students.

We are looking for someone to join our senior leadership team at an exciting time of growth and development, including the upcoming new build.

If you are passionate about developing provision and enhancing outcomes for our most vulnerable students, we would love to hear from you.

At Myton, we are proud of the supportive and rewarding environment we have created. We have high standards and a good reputation, built upon the hard work and dedication of our staff. We recruit people who are passionate about education and young people, and who have the knowledge, drive and personal qualities to inspire our students.

In short, we are a popular, high performing school with academy status, situated between Warwick and Leamington Spa with a strong community spirit. Our staff offer students a massive range of extra-curricular opportunities in addition to a wide curriculum and we would be delighted to expand this further if you have additional time and talents to share.

We provide an outstanding induction and support for all of our colleagues. We are committed to excellent CPD opportunities which reflect our emphasis on training, support and career development. We see this as a key element in enabling our staff to achieve their goals and ambitions and we invest heavily in our people.

You will have access to a range of personal and professional development opportunities plus Smart Clinic Health benefits and Staff Wellbeing initiatives to support you along the way.

If you feel you share our values, have the vision and drive for excellence and want to be part of an enthusiastic and dedicated team, committed to ensuring that students fulfil their potential, then we would like to hear from you.
