This is an exciting opportunity for a committed professional who leads by example, models best practice and is eager to help shape a high-quality, well-sequenced and ambitious Maths curriculum.


Working collaboratively with the Head of Department, you will play a key role in monitoring teaching and learning, using student performance data intelligently to inform practice, plan targeted interventions and ensure that every learner is supported to reach their full potential. You will lead on numeracy interventions and Functional Skills, evaluating impact and adapting provision to secure strong outcomes.
