Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their aspirations beyond school? We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Higher Education Coordinator to lead and develop our careers and higher education programme, ensuring students receive high-quality guidance and opportunities.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Gatsby Benchmarks, CDI Framework, and current Department for Education (DfE) statutory guidance for Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) in secondary schools and sixth forms. You will work closely with students, staff, universities, employers and external partners to raise aspirations and support progression pathways.

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, able to build effective relationships with subject teachers and a wide range of professionals and stakeholders. You will be highly organised, proactive and capable of inspiring students to aim high and achieve their full potential.
You will also have the opportunity to join an Ofsted Outstanding sixth form, where 100% of students progress to competitive destinations, including universities and apprenticeships, supporting young people to access the very best opportunities for their future
